Gift cards
In return for your donation equivalent to the ‘price’ of a gift, INF will either [according to your preference]:
- post to you a printed card for you to give or send to the recipient of your gift
If you choose to give or send printed cards, then these printed cards will be sent to you by post and should be delivered to you within 5-7 working days. We are sorry, but INF can not be held responsible for any loss or delay in the post.
or
- send to the recipient of your gift an e-card including your name and any message you wish to add, to be e-mailed on the date of your choice - please note there may be a delay as:
1. your order needs to be confirmed by your nearest INF office [normal working times Mon-Fri 9-5 exc. public holidays]
2. the online catalogue operates on GMT [Greenwich Mean Time]
3. e-cards are issued in batches every three hours
If you choose to send e-cards, then we are sorry but INF can not be held responsible if an e-card is delivered to a recipient's junk e-mail folder for any reason, or if an e-card is not delivered because the e-mail address given is incorrect. Please e-mail gifts@inf.org if you have any difficulty with e-cards, as we may be able to re-send them on your behalf.
How your donation will be used
Both the printed card and the e-card explain the use to which INF will put your donation. INF will normally use the money for the precise purpose detailed. However, in the event that a gift area becomes over-funded, INF reserves the right to divert any excess to a similar area of its work.
Refunds
If [for example] you give with a credit card which you did not intend to use, or give an unintended amount, we hope you won’t mind if any refund is made at INF’s discretion. We are sorry, but we may need to deduct an administration charge from any refund, in order to cover the cost of processing the refund.

Taxpayers in the USA can pay for all gifts tax-deductibly. A tax invoice will be e-mailed to donors in the USA…

Those gifts which can be bought tax-deductibly by taxpayers in Australia are marked with the code TD .
